Traditional Japanese yunzen paper

This coffee tabletop installation is a tribute to the woodlands we have learnt to re-cherish during the pandemic. Created following a mandala-inspired pattern, it highlights the meditative experience of exploring nature and observing its quiet beauty.

The work consists of 100 origami pieces, representing seven of the most familiar animals, insects, and birds found in British woodlands.
